When a cross section of an electrode is examined at 700 times magnification, you can see that the electrodes are covered in a super fine mesh with very distinct points and valleys. Please note that although the Alphion is a benchtop ioniser it is still able to be installed under your sink. The power button on the front of the unit needs to be pressed to turn it on every time you use it.
