We aim to be able to provide you with an appointment time at or close to your preferred time and if we can not do that we will endeavour to arrange another time suitable to you or we will quickly refund your payment.

Delivery of Orders
The delivery address used for the shipment of your order is the exact details supplied by you, the customer. In some instances if the address is not correctly labelled delays may occur. This may result in longer delivery times - up to 3 weeks or more in some instances, so please ensure your details given to us are correct.
New Zealand Deliveries
Deliveries generally take about 3 working days to any part of New Zealand and 4 to 14 working days to any other part of the world. It is important to note that the Customs Agency in the country of destination may randomly delay the delivery of an order for up to 8 weeks as a security measure. This applies to a very, very small percentage of orders shipped and is out of Pure Wellbeing's control. Furthermore, if no one is home for delivery of your purchase, local postal guidelines will apply.
All orders under NZ$200 posted to an address in New Zealand incur a NZ$6 freight charge.
All orders NZ$200 and over posted to an address in New Zealand are freight free.
unless you make other arrangements with us, we will contact you prior to shipping your order to inform you of available shipping options & costs and you will need to confirm the shipping method and that you are happy to pay that cost prior to despatch .
All orders are processed as soon as possible. We will inform you of the estimated time of delivery after we have received your order if there will be a delay in delivery.

Courses & Retreats Registrations
We aim to provide high quality courses & retreats in a very safe and supportive atmosphere.
No refunds will be given within 14 days of course or retreat starting date. Transfers to another course or retreat may be possible up to 8 days before the retreat starting date which may incur a $50 transfer fee. No transfers are possible after then. If your course or retreat has to be cancelled you can either receive a refund or a credit.

Pure Wellbeing recognizes the importance of secure on-line transactions, and we safeguard the privacy of information provided to us through on-line forms. Any data held by us is stored in an encrypted partition on the hard drive on our computer used for orders/registration. Our email virus protection is continually updated and we also use a hardware firewall on our network.

All prices are charged in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. Products sent overseas will have the GST removed.
Payments made by direct transfer or deposit into our account receive a 3% discount.
The prices listed on our website do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. Any foreign currency prices listed are indicative, based on current exchange rates which are updated once a day.
Credit Card Payments
If paying by an overseas credit card, the total transaction amount may vary slightly once your order is charged to your credit card, based on the exchange rate used by your credit card company when your order total is applied to your card.
Credit Card Vouchers
To prevent credit card fraud in case of parcel tampering we do not normally send out credit card vouchers with orders. Please notify us at the time of your order by writing in the "Your notice to us" panel at the bottom of the Billing Address form at the Secure Ordering Processing Website - https://globecharge.com - if you would like your credit card voucher sent to you with your order.
You Are Protected by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
If the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, you have rights or remedies which are not excluded nor limited by the below exclusions and limits. You Are Protected by the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986

If you are not entirely happy with a product you have purchased, please notify Pure Wellbeing within 14 days of receipt of product so we (you and us) can decide the best course of action. Purchases made by credit card will by refunded by a credit transaction. Purchases made by cheque will need 5 days to clear before we can make a refund.
Procedure If You find a Product To Be Faulty
If a product is found to be faulty please contact us as soon as possible. If the product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer.
